Looking for someone to start as soon as possible

Purpose

Working for a fast growing SME business will own the finance end to end, giving the board clarity on performance, helping directors make smart decisions on projects and keeping the financial fundamentals watertight along the way. You will work directly with the MD and the rest of the leadership team, have the support of a fractional CFO and lead two capable team members who handle the day to day transactional work.

It is a broad, hands on role with real variety. One day you might be producing management accounts and cash flow forecasts the next, you will be sat with project teams, breaking down costs and risks. Improving processes and making the most of the new systems they have already invested in.

  • Taking ownership of the full finance function, from the day to day fundamentals to the strategic conversations that shape where the business goes next.
  • Running management accounts, budgets and forecasts end to end
