Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong track record of managing and developing large finance teams.
  • Excellent technical accounting knowledge, with hands-on experience in balance sheet management, audit, treasury, and controls.
  • A disciplined leader with the ability to embed robust processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, controls, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems to support a fast-growing business.
