This is a newly created role due to continued growth.

Reporting directly into the Founder, this is a hands-on position with ample scope to make the role your own.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including leading and mentoring a team of 2 and preparing monthly management accounts.
  • Deliver management reporting, planning, and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Cash flow management.
  • Act as a business partner to provide financial insights and drive performance.
  • Support decision‑making through accurate financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Mentor junior team members to develop skills and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Handle Receivable Finance (customer invoices) and Trade Pay (supplier payments) to ensure smooth cash flow.
The ideal candidate:

An ambitious Finance Manager or Financial Controller with experience working in a small/ growing business ideally in manufacturing. With experience putting in processes and supporting owners with decision making. Someone who enjoys mentoring and developing.
