Overview

Are you an experienced Financial Controller seeking your next challenge? Are you used to working in a fast paced collaborative environment?

Juice are supporting an established employer working with a prestigious client portfolio looking to bring their accounts function in house for the first time. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic and project driven environment, who excels at deadlines. This role offers a super opportunity for a someone to join an established team and add huge value through optimising sound commercial acumen. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure and accuracy to improve strategic and operational success of the business. Initially this role will be hands on, however the successful candidate will play a key role in defining and shaping the future of the finance function and the duties within it. Hybrid working offered – 3 days per week in office. Key success metrics will include improving reporting, providing strategic insight and creating high impact results. You’ll act as a trusted adviser to the directors, ensuring robust financial governance while helping the business grow sustainably and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the finance function, review and improve processes/systems, and reporting quality.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including insightful analysis and commentary.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and support ongoing forecasting and business planning.
  • Provide clear financial analysis to support strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee financial compliance, insurance, company forms, and related administrative requirements.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and sound financial governance across the organisation.
  • Act as a key liaison with directors, external advisers, and other stakeholders.
We would love to see
  • A strong background in Finance management, Management accountancy or Financial Control
  • Qualifications to include ACCA or CIMA or full AAT
