Michael Page, Peterborough-based manufacturing client, seeks a Financial Controller to lead the in-house finance team and manage statutory accounts, VAT and payroll. You will act as a strategic partner to the senior management team and provide insights to drive commercial and operational decisions.

The role focuses on improving financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and IT systems oversight within a scaling manufacturing environment. Salary £72,000–£85,000, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.
