Job summary

360-Recruitment partners with a well-established financial planning firm in Leicester to recruit a skilled adviser who will build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored financial plans. You’ll be supported to advance client outcomes and career growth.

You will use cashflow modelling tools, manage your own portfolio, conduct regular reviews, pursue new business, and stay compliant with FCA guidance. A strong track record and regulated qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
• At least five years’ relevant experience.
• OTE around £100,000 potentially achievable in your first year.

• Proactively use cashflow modelling software to present and explain planning outcomes in a clear, client-friendly way.

Unlike some larger firms, where clients may deal with several different departments, this business focuses on providing a dedicated adviser who works closely with clients over the long term.

This is a business that has successfully navigated multiple market cycles, from the market boom and crash of the 1980s, through the 2008 financial crisis and Covid.

There’s also a generous bonus structure, with an OTE of around £100,000 potentially achievable within your first year.

In terms of your background, you’ll need to have achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, along with at least five years’ relevant experience.
