Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. seeks a Financial Close Transformation Lead to drive SAP month-end close improvements for a global biotech client in Liverpool. You will guide transformation workstreams, align governance, and deliver scalable processes in line with global policy.

The role requires extensive leadership in finance transformation, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivery of change across process, data and technology domains within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (MBA desirable).
• Experience in multinational finance, shared services or transformation.
• Proven leadership in projects or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives in SAP month-end closing processes.
• Develop roadmaps, plans, milestones, risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Drive standardisation and automation of close and accounting processes.
• Partner with Controllers, Technology and stakeholders to align on changes
