Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs in office; Mon & Friday WFH)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

The Role

We’re hiring a bright and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to bolster our finance capability.

You will work closely with the Finance Analyst to learn and deploy essential finance skills. The role will support the finance team in the daily accounting and finance operations of the company, ultimately taking responsibility for end‑to‑end supplier invoice processing, some month‑end tasks and sales invoicing.

This is the perfect opportunity to build hands‑on finance and problem‑solving experience in a fast‑growing and exciting car company and be part of a world‑class team.

Key Responsibilities
Within 3 Months
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain organised financial records
  • Escalate discrepancies for investigation
Within 12 Months
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Collaborate with supply chain to resolve most invoicing discrepancies
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports
  • Help maintain and reconcile the accounting ledger
  • Support finance projects and process improvements, providing status updates directly to Chief Financial Officer
What You’ll Need
Experience & Skills – Essential
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, sorting/filtering, Pivot Tables)
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., profit, loss, assets, sales)
  • Confident communicator, both spoken and written English
  • Highly numerate
Experience & Skills – Bonus
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, Quickbooks, Access or similar)
  • Any foreign language skills
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or work placements acceptable)

  • Demonstrate analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
