Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic business? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting activities. This part-time role offers the flexibility to transition into a full-time position as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing and processing payment runs.
• Handling expense claims and ensuring proper documentation.
• Performing weekly bank reconciliations.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly VAT returns.
• Reconciling Control Accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

Required Experience and Expertise:

• AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.
• Some experience with payroll processes is advantageous.
