Job description

A leading real estate investor is seeking a technically strong Financial Analyst to take ownership of cash flow modelling across a diverse UK portfolio. This role suits someone with deep analytical capability, strong commercial instincts, and the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders on investment decisions.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing complex cash flows that support acquisitions, development appraisals, refinancing, and strategic planning. The environment is fast-moving, high-value, and data-led.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building detailed cash flow models for residential and commercial assets
  • Supporting investment papers with scenario analysis and stress testing
  • Working closely with Development, Asset Management, and Investment teams
  • Preparing financial insights to support buy/sell recommendations
  • Overseeing model integrity, version control, and reporting accuracy
  • Supporting valuations, business plans, and lender reporting where required
About You
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist (or strong modelling experience if not qualified)
  • Real estate experience highly preferred
  • Strong Excel modelling skills, including ability to build cash flows from scratch
  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions
  • Commercial mindset alongside solid technical grounding
