Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Portfolio Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic real estate decisions for global corporate occupiers. You will leverage data-driven insights, financial modelling, and market intelligence to design and deliver transformative portfolio strategies aligned with evolving business, talent, and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Solutions : Support the design of asset and portfolio strategies for multinational clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Data & Financial Analysis : Build, maintain and operate advanced financial models to evaluate real estate options and scenarios, incorporating cash flow, P&L, balance sheet and wider business health impacts as well as what-if simulations and sensitivity analysis. Taking ownership of complex analysis and providing expert financial modelling support for individual projects.
  • Insight Generation : Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and compelling client deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with experts in Workplace Strategy, Talent Advisory, Sustainability, Digital Solutions, and Capital Markets to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Client Engagement : Contribute to high-impact presentations and discussions that enable senior stakeholders to make informed, transformational decisions.
Person Specification / Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strategic mindset, able to connect data-driven insights to broader business objectives and craft recommendations that drive long-term value.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cashflow, P&L and balance sheet principles and financial evaluation nomenclature.
  • Proactive working style and innovation; willing to explore and propose solutions for evolving financial modelling delivery away from reliance on the existing application software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and at pace in evolving client environments.
  • Prior experience in corporate real estate or consulting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a benefit.
