Описание: Amazon operates a rapidly growing Fulfillment Center network in the UK, where associate teams manage inventory, pick and package products, and ship customer orders.

Задачи

• Use expertise in collecting, analyzing, and managing quantitative financial data to create meaningful reports
• Drive business improvements and recommend cost reductions
• Leverage root cause analysis to uncover underlying process or finance-related issues
• Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programmes that help Operations maintain and improve its competitive position and profitability
• Lead the development of weekly and monthly financial metrics, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting models
• Drive continuous innovation within the area of expertise to improve deliverables and make them more accessible
• Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key financial decision data is accurate, automated, and delivered on time
• Manage competing priorities and provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or experience in relevant finance roles
• Speak, write, and read English fluently
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
• Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A
• Nice to have: experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions, experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau, experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, experience managing and troubleshooting networks, experience developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects, experience prioritizing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines, experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership, previous analyst experience in the financial side of manufacturing, logistics, or distribution centre processes
