Job summary

Hult International Business School in London is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team at our Chelsea office. You will oversee the outsourced accounting function, ensure accurate entries, perform reconciliations, and prepare financial reporting and analyses to support the close and audit processes.

You will work with a dynamic international team, gaining hands-on experience across finance in a fast-moving global business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years work experience in accounting, audit or other finance roles.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, with examples of data-driven problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Accountable and committed to team goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.
• Right to work in the UK.
