Finance Analyst - North West London, Apparel & Fashion - Paying £60,000 - £70,000 - 4/5 Days in Office - Contract to Perm Position
We are recruiting for an immediately available Finance Analyst for a fantastic high growth consumer brand on a contract to perm basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with commercial, e-commerce, and operational teams to drive performance through data-led insights.
You will play a key role in analysing revenue streams, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting decision-making as the business continues to scale. You will report into the Head of Finance/CFO.
Please note you must have previous experience within a similar position and in the retail or consumer sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver detailed revenue analysis across multiple sales channels (e-commerce, wholesale, international).
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support month-end close with a focus on revenue recognition, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Partner with commercial and trading teams to provide actionable insights on pricing, promotions, and product performance.
- Build and maintain clear, reliable financial models and forecasts related to revenue and margin.
- Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and controls to enhance data quality and visibility.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis as required by senior finance stakeholders.
- Support the reconciliation and analysis of returns, refunds, and chargebacks, ensuring accurate net revenue reporting.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to analyse the financial impact of shipping, duties, and fulfilment costs on revenue and margin.
- Assist in developing and maintaining KPIs and performance metrics to track revenue quality and customer behaviour.
- Provide analytical support for new initiatives, market launches, and channel expansion, including post-launch performance reviews.
Key Requirements
- Must be Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a revenue-focused finance or analytical role, ideally within retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
- Strong Excel skills; confidence handling large data sets and financial models.
- Experience working with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Commercially curious with the ability to translate numbers into clear business insight.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Must be willing to work 5 days in their amazing Offices
- Must be Immediately Available or very short notice period.
