Qualifications

The ideal skills and qualifications for a successful applicant will be subject to the specific role you interview for. However, some of the typical skills and qualifications we look for include:

For Product Associate positions
  • 2:1 from a UK University (or equivalent)
  • Qualified/Newly Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Rich and varied experiences from a range of backgrounds
  • Confident up to Advanced Excel skills
  • Understands and applies knowledge of financial concepts, principles, products, and other relevant financial information
For Data-Management positions
  • Experience in leading large, initiative-level programs with both business and technology delivery components, related to financial data management, market execution optimisation, and regulatory reporting
  • Advanced SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or other equivalent technology/programming skills
For Regulatory Reporting positions
