The Openwork Partnership is seeking self-employed Financial Advisers in the UK, offering uncapped earnings and flexible remote or hybrid working. You’ll build and manage your own client portfolio while receiving full admin and FCA-compliance support.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a successful advisory business.
• Self-motivated, professional and driven to succeed.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored financial advice based on clients' needs, objectives and circumstances.
• Conducting comprehensive financial reviews and developing suitable recommendations.
• Advising clients on investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
• Growing and managing your own client portfolio.
• Developing referral partnerships and professional introducer relationships.

The Role

As a Financial Adviser, you'll provide holistic financial planning advice, helping clients achieve your long-term financial goals while building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing tailored financial advice based on clients' individual needs, objectives, and circumstances.
