Job summary

Cavendish Maine in Putney is seeking an experienced Advisor to service an existing client bank on an employed basis. The role is desk-based with meetings conducted via phone and Teams, and offers a flexible hybrid model to split time between home and the office.

The ideal candidate will hold the Diploma in Financial Planning, possess strong technical knowledge across all aspects of financial planning, and ideally aspire to Chartered status.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships with clients
• Complete annual reviews within required timescales
• Identify and assess clients’ needs
• Write new business from carrying out annual reviews with existing clients.
• Obtain and record the required meet regulatory KYC and suitability requirements.
• Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process client accounts and file documents.
• This role is desk-based with meetings conducted via phone and Teams, and they have a flexible hybrid working model which allows you to split your time between home and office.
