Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an ambitious individual to train as a Financial Adviser in the United Kingdom. You will start by supporting paraplanning and adviser teams, gaining experience across research and client meetings, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you progress toward a fully qualified adviser role.

No prior financial advice experience is required, and the role offers clear career progression with fully funded exams and ongoing training.

Are you ambitious, personable and looking to build a long-term career as a Financial Adviser?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing independent financial planning business that has a proven track record of developing people into successful advisers.

You don’t need previous financial advice experience or to be fully qualified. The business is looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills and ambition who wants to progress into a Financial Adviser role.

You’ll initially gain experience across Paraplanning, research and adviser support, while shadowing experienced advisers and attending client meetings. As your knowledge and confidence develop, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility before progressing into a fully qualified adviser position.
