Job summary

Parkway Consulting, part of The Openwork Partnership LLP, is seeking an experienced Financial Planner based in Leamington Spa. You will work with existing clients, benefit from warm introductions, and grow your own client bank through referrals and professional networks.

This employed role offers up to £60,000 base salary with uncapped bonus, potential succession as Senior Partner retires, hybrid working, and a supportive team in a respected local firm with a long-standing reputation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months' experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection planning.
• Understanding of corporate financial planning needs for Company Directors.
• Experience of Inheritance Tax case work and use of Trusts.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and later-life planning.
• Inherit a small portfolio of clients for ongoing servicing while developing new relationships through referrals and networks.
• Build and grow your own client bank with warm introductions and professional connections.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join our friendly and collaborative team.

You will work with some of our existing clients, benefit from warm introductions to new clients, whilst developing your own client bank and professional connections.
