Job summary

Truestar Talent Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Diploma or Chartered Financial Adviser to join a growing wealth management firm. This hybrid role covers Manchester and surrounding areas with client meetings remote or face to face.

You will work with existing clients and receive new opportunities via the firm's lead generation software, aiming to deliver your fee income target while maintaining FCA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Financial Planning required or Chartered Adviser status.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to network and generate own clients.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with financial planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' current and future financial goals.
• Deliver fee income targets as agreed.
• Develop new business from new and existing clients.
• Ensure timely and professional client servicing.
• Ensure advice meets high standards and FCA/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances.
• Represent the Company brand professionally.
• Meet all regulatory aspects of the role.

A fantastic opportunity for either a Diploma or Chartered Adviser to join a growing, progressive Wealth Management firm, looking to further its presence in the Manchester area, You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients as well as being provided with new client opportunities via the firms lead generation software. It is a hybrid role covering Manchester and the surrounding areas. Client meetings will be carried out either remotely or face to face.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand your clients current and future financial goals
• Deliver your agreed fee income target
• Develop new business from new and existing clients
• Ensure clients are serviced in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure advice is of the highest standard and in line with the Companies quality requirements
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients financial circumstances.
• Represent the Company brand in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet all the regulatory aspects of the role.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Financial Planning qualified
• At least 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Ability to network and generate own clients
• Strong IT skills
• Provable track record of delivering agreed targets.
• Conducting research and preparing financial planning reports best suited to the individual clients' requirements covering all areas of advice.
• Maintain CF30 status in accordance with the FCA regulations

Key Benefits

• Basic salary of £35000 - £65,000 if Diploma and £55,000 - £75,000 if Chartered
