Exchange Street Claims ltd is seeking a Financial Adviser/Planner to support clients by providing a structured environment and resources for professional growth. The role offers access to established clients, top technology, and a strong focus on client relationships, with a robust salary and benefits package. You’ll join a successful team and have pathways for advancement, including earning potential through sales bonuses.
Salary/Rate: To £50,750 + benefits + bonus
Things haven’t quite gone to plan, have they?
You love being a financial planner, but you’re at a stage in your career where you need support. You need access to clients and direction.
In short, you need a business to invest in you and provide the structure and resources for you to develop. One that pays a salary and puts clients in front of you—not expecting you to find them yourself.
This firm will do all of that.
This national business buys clients from retiring advisers. Those clients need an adviser, and that adviser will be you.
You’ll join an existing team of over 40 to ensure existing clients continue to receive excellent service. You’ll build trust with them and develop new business. You’ll have access to top technology and support from a dedicated customer care team. Your time will be spent with clients, not admin.
Long-term, you’ll have the option to move into a self-employed role with a firm that offers some of the best splits available. Three team members have already 'graduated'. But that choice is yours.
In the meantime, you’ll receive a proper income. In year one, you’ll earn £48,750 - £50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this will increase to around £53,000 annually, also excluding bonuses.
This remuneration package works as follows:
Once established, there’s also a sales bonus, allowing you to earn additional income as new client investments are made.
Regarding onboarding and training, you couldn’t ask for a better, more structured environment. It has trained over 30 advisers with no previous financial planning experience. They’ll be excellent resources for you.
After your induction, you can choose to work on a hybrid basis or from home, with office visits once or twice a month.
If you apply, you’ll join a profitable, growing business with a strong track record of staff development and a positive work environment. It offers one of the best career pathways in the industry.
You should have around 2 years of post-CAS experience as a financial adviser/planner with suitable Level 4 qualifications.
Depending on your location, you’ll be hybrid or remote, with travel to Newcastle once or twice a month. It’s ideal if you’re based in the North or Midlands.

If you don’t have an up-to-date CV, don’t worry—we can address that later.
Everyone will receive a response.
