Job summary

Truestar Talent Ltd in the Chester/ Cheshire area is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser (Diploma or Chartered) to grow the client bank, service HNW clients and take on new opportunities in a hybrid role covering Chester and surrounding areas. Client meetings may be remote or face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed targets by acquiring new clients and growing revenues and AuM.
• Grow the client bank through personal prospecting and existing contacts.
• Develop productive relationships with the Business Development team.
• Ensure periodic client reviews are completed to client expectations.
• Remain compliant in line with internal measurements.
• Achieve KPIs measured against internal targets.
• Grow ongoing financial planning fees across retained clients.

Job description

A fantastic opportunity for either a Diploma or Chartered Adviser to join a progressive Wealth Management firm, looking to further its presence in the Chester/Cheshire area. You will have the opportunity to work with existing HNW clients as well as being provided with new client opportunities . It is a hybrid role covering Chester and the surrounding areas. Client meetings will be carried out either remotely or face to face.

Ideal for an experienced Financial Adviser looking for the next move in their career, advising and supporting HNW clients with their investment/advice needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve your agreed individual targets, in line with the Business Plan acquiring new clients growing initial revenues and growing AuM.
• Grow the client bank in line with your agreed individual targets through personal prospecting,
• Work closely and develop a productive relationship with the Business Development team
• Ensure all periodic client reviews are completed in line with client's expectations and changing circumstances
• Remain compliant - in line with all internal Company measurements
• Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measured against the Companies internal targets
• Grow both the total and average ongoing Financial Planning fees across all retained clients.
• Work in partnership with all team members, sharing best practice and developing client acquisition strategies

Key Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent Level 4 and having or working towards Chartered status
• Excellent at building key relationships through networking, existing contacts, referrals and existing clients
• Deliver an all round client financial planning experience
• Highly motivated self-starter and a strong team player
• Strong Financial Wellbeing skills and knowledgeStrong new business acumen
• Comfortable working to deliver KPIs
• Well organised, excellent administration ensuring deadlines are consistently met

Key Benefits

• Basic salary of £75,000, potentially £80,000 for exceptional candidates
