We are seeking an Administrative & Compliance Manager – a motivated, organised, and compassionate professional who will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and compliant running of our Federation, while demonstrating flexibility in working across both of our school offices on set days.
Working under the direction of the Business Manager, this is a key leadership role within our administrative team. You will coordinate the work of the Admin Officer and Admin Assistants, ensuring effective systems and compliance across finance, HR, personnel, communications, and administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, people‑centred environment, values teamwork, and has a strong eye for financial accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service. You will also work closely with the Heads of the Schools to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly – from staff cover and communication systems to supporting external partnerships such as universities and training providers offering placements within our schools. You will also take a shared role in developing our lettings and community use of facilities, ensuring promotion is ongoing and that all health and safety and safeguarding requirements are met.
