The role involves managing FSCS-related complaints and customer communications, providing data, and ensuring compliance in a regulated financial environment. This is a temporary ongoing position with potential for long-term employment, requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Financial Administrator to join our FSCS complaints team. You will pull and prepare data, and ensure accurate, compliant responses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a regulated financial environment and has excellent attention to detail.
