Job summary

ElevenLabs is building out its core accounting function as we scale across multiple entities and geographies. As Financial Accounting, you will own key components of the monthly close – journal entries, account reconciliations, inter‑company transactions, and financial reporting support.

This is a high‑ownership role in a lean team. You will work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function, helping build audit‑ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge; prior in pre-IPO/public-company environment preferred.
• Experience building internal controls and SOX-ready processes.
• CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or in progress).
• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage inter-company transactions and consolidate where applicable.
• Support financial reporting and audit readiness as the company scales.
• Collaborate with Controller and Finance to strengthen internal controls.

About the role

ElevenLabs is building out its core accounting function as we scale across multiple entities and geographies. As Financial Accounting, you will own key components of the monthly close – journal entries, account reconciliations, inter‑company transactions, and financial reporting support.

This is a high‑ownership role in a lean team. You will work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function, helping build audit‑ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness. The right person is technically grounded in US GAAP, has experience in a controls‑conscious environment, and is energized by the pace of a fast‑growing company.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle close: journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; experience in a pre‑IPO, IPO‑stage, or public company environment strongly preferred
• Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX‑ready accounting processes – not just operating within them
• CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)
• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP

Bonus:

• Prior experience in a high‑growth SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi‑entity consolidation

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
