Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the finance team in Leamington Spa. The role focuses on financial reporting, controls, statutory compliance, and business performance within a global engineering business.

The successful candidate will manage month-end, prepare journals and balance sheet reconciliations, and provide financial insight to support decision-making. Manufacturing experience and IFRS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Must have experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Post-qualified experience in industry or a commercial finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• Experience with month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Audit experience would be advantageous.

Our manufacturing client, is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team in Leamington Spa.
