JMF Associates is seeking a CIMA/ACCA part-qualified Financial Accountant

for a prestigious charity based in Central London on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This position offers hybrid working with at least 2 days per week working in the Central London office.

Responsibilities
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to ensure financial reporting is accurate
  • Oversee investment management
  • Support the audit processes
  • The Financial Accountant will collaborate closely with internal teams such as SLT and external partners, ensuring compliance with charity accounting standards and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and integrity
Qualifications
  • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or AAT Finalist or Fully Qualified AAT
  • Experience in complex finance functions, preferably within a charity or a Housing Association
  • Proficiency with Access Financials, CRM databases, and charity funding streams
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
