Contract: Fixed term (12 months), full-time. Location: London (hybrid-working). Closing Date: 21 November 2025.

About the role

We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to manage and ensure accurate, compliant reporting across the organisation and the integrity of the balance sheet across our UK and international subsidiaries.

This is a key position within the Finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality accounts and managing the audit process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director and colleagues across the business to ensure that all parts of the Finance function feed seamlessly into a clear and reliable picture of the organisation's financial position.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements
  • Lead on the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Manage relationships with accounting providers, ensuring high-quality and consistent reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accuracy and integrity across the balance sheet
  • Collaborate with teams across Finance to deliver accurate, insightful financial information and support decision-making
About You

You’re a qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge and an eye for detail.

You’ll bring:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Solid experience in financial accounting and statutory reporting
  • Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
