Financial Accountant – £70,000 to £80,000 + Benefits

Location: North West London (On-site)

The Role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Leading on statutory accounts, audit preparation, and IFRS compliance
• Managing cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll through a team of three
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
• Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and group finance
• Supporting process improvements and systems development (Pegasus Opera)

Candidate Profile

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven IFRS experience and strong technical accounting knowledge
• Experience preparing both management and statutory accounts
• A proactive and commercial mindset with attention to detail
• Experience using Pegasus Opera or similar accounting software
• Confidence in managing, mentoring, and developing a small finance team
