The Role

The Finance team at Trilitech is the strategic engine powering our growth and innovation. More than just balancing the books, we partner with teams across the business to unlock insights, shape smart decisions, and ensure we’re building for a sustainable future. What you’ll do
  • Year-End Statutory Accounts Preparations (FRS102): Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements for all entities. Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.

  • Month-End Accounting Processes: Prepare and post journal entries across multiple entities. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data. Conduct detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis across several cost centres.

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate general ledger postings and reconciliations. Ensure completeness and integrity of journal entries across all entities.

  • Payment Oversight: Support the management of fiat and cryptocurrency payments. Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all payment transactions (crypto accounting experience is not essential).

  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the accounts assistant (training towards ACCA qualification), providing guidance and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

What you’ll need
  • Hold an AAT or equivalent accounting qualification

  • Experience using Xero Accounting Software

  • Previous experience in a multi-entity and currency environment with exposure to inter-company billings and reconciliations

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Familiarity with HMRC requirements and VAT

  • Cryptocurrency exposure a plus but not required
