We are starting the sourcing process ahead of time to identify top talent ready to take on a pivotal role in overseeing financial accounting processes, ensuring the integrity of the Group's general ledger, and delivering robust financial information. Key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
  • Maintain the integrity of the Group's financial information through reconciliation and financial accounting activities.
  • Deliver Group financial information on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Lead the production of the Group VAT return.
  • Act as a role model for the Assistant Accountants and provide coaching and skills development support.
  • Support the Senior Accountant with review of junior team members' work.
  • Contribute to Financial Control change agenda.
  • Manage the preparation of subsidiary accounts for the group.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key internal providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement within Group accounting.
  • Ensure process documentation is maintained for all key processes in team.
Key essentials of the Financial Accountant:
