As a Finance Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization and assisting in strategic decision-making by providing reliable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

  • Prepare and process payroll for employees on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

  • Track expenses, generate invoices, and manage financial documentation.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Communicate with vendors, employees, and clients regarding financial matters as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and internal financial policies.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general accounting.
