MBDA invites applications for a 1-year Finance undergraduate placement in the UK. You will gain hands-on exposure to Finance processes and controls within a focused team, applying university learning to real-world projects and technologies.

The MBDA Finance undergraduate scheme is a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into the business and the types of processes and controls undertaken in the day-to-day job within one area of the wider Finance team.

There is potential to develop your innovation skills and influence change and efficiencies within your placement while networking with colleagues across the business, not just in the Finance function.

Salary

£24,460

Dynamic (hybrid) Working

3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.

Security Clearance

British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.

As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Your placement will be working within one area of Finance in a supportive, experienced team, gaining an understanding of how teams work together across the function.

During Your Placement You Could Experience

You’ll be encouraged to improve processes and introduce new ones, and utilize your skills to contribute to the team as well as the company as a whole. Whilst on placement you’ll benefit from relevant training courses and have access to our online learning platform to gain as much knowledge as you can.
