• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including process optimisation, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
• Work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and stakeholders to define business needs and drive finance process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements throughout transformation projects.
• Oversee financial change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, automation, and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk, ensuring seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) – Essential.
• Strong experience in finance transformation, process optimisation, or financial system implementations.
