Finance Transformation Manager - Insurance

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £75k - £90k + Pension + Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Finance Transformation Team within the Insurance sector.
  • Own large ERP finance implementations (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Manage project teams, stakeholders and finance change programmes.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of finance processes and technology to drive improvement.
  • Build strong internal and client relationships, delivering clear, concise messages to senior finance leaders.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in finance function of leading insurance companies and consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage finance improvement projects and implement change programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of core finance processes and at least one major ERP technology.
  • Excellent people‑management skills and stakeholder engagement.
