Save the Children UK invites a finance transformation professional to lead the design and embedding of our new Finance Management System, Oracle Fusion, across Finance and Technology. You will translate global designs into local finance processes, controls and ways of working to deliver lasting improvements while maintaining strong governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of finance transformation and end-to-end process design within a complex organisation.
• Strong experience of facilitating process design and requirements workshops.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, financial controls and governance.
• Experience delivering within complex transformation or systems programmes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to explain complex finance, process and system issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design of future-state finance processes by translating global Oracle Fusion designs into practical, user-focused procedures.
• Manage finance transformation workstreams within the programme, tracking priorities and milestones.
• Embed robust controls, governance and risk management into new processes and systems.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Technology and the wider organisation through workshops and changework.
• Develop process documentation, guidance and training to support adoption of new processes.
