Job summary

Codex in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Transformation / EPM Director to help build and grow a consulting capability. This senior role combines business development, client delivery, team leadership and EPM strategy.

You'll own the direction of the capability, shape propositions across FP&A, Planning, Consolidation and Reporting, and lead a high-performing consulting team with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Director level experience in Finance Transformation, EPM, or CFO advisory.
• Proven track record of winning and growing consulting engagements.

Finance Transformation / EPM Director - UK | Hybrid

We are supporting a leading UK consulting organisation with the appointment of a Director to help build and grow a Finance Transformation & EPM capability.

This is a senior practice-building opportunity combining business development, client delivery, team leadership and EPM strategy. You'll have significant ownership over the direction and growth of the capability.

The Role

• Build and grow a Finance Transformation / EPM consulting capability.
• Originate and win new consulting engagements, developing relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances across the EPM technology ecosystem.
• Shape go-to-market propositions across FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Reporting and wider Finance Transformation.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing consulting team.
• Lead complex client engagements while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, pipeline and long-term practice growth.

What We're Looking For

• Director / Senior Director level experience within Finance Transformation, EPM or CFO Advisory.
• Strong personal track record of winning and growing consulting work.
• Experience building or scaling a consulting practice, proposition or capability.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Financial Close and/or Performance Management.
• Exposure to EPM technologies such as OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Planful or similar.
• Strong people leadership and C-suite stakeholder experience.
• Commercial mindset with the ambition to build something from the ground up.
