Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking experienced Finance Transformation and Corporate Services consultants to shape end-to-end finance transformations for public and private sector clients in the UK and beyond. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, design and delivery to embed improvements and realise benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Finance strategy development, operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning.
• Manage Finance system developments and implementations, including vendor and SI oversight.
• Optimise Finance processes with digital capabilities (Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365) and AI technologies.
• Provide client-side advisory support across the full transformation lifecycle.
• Support change management, employee engagement, training, and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or supportFinancestrategy development, operating model design,process and system design,and transformation planning.

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
