  • Optimise Finance processes with digital capabilities (e.g.: Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365) and AI technologies.

Job Description

As aFinance TransformationConsultant within the Sourcing, IT Strategy and Corporate Services capability at PA, you will be given the opportunity to work on complex and interesting challenges faced by public and private sector organisations in the UK and internationally. You will be trusted to work across diverse programmes with our clients to improve their back-office functions, offering a rare opportunity to build unrivalled expertise and experience.

As a Corporate Services consultant, there area number of areas where you will deliver value to your clients – by guiding them in transforming their Finance or Procurement function, leading their efforts to leverage a shared service, or supporting them through the selection and embedding of a new ERP solution into their business. You will provide client-side advice throughout the full lifecycle of the transformation, from initial strategy, through delivery, to completion and benefits realisation. You will demonstrate initiative, drive, and a commitment to helping your clients succeed.

We are looking for experienced Finance Transformation and Corporate Service Consultants that understand the full life cycle of finance transformation from strategy through to delivery. We are looking for adaptable finance professionals that have a diverse skillset, equally comfortable in designing functional strategies and operating models to stand in transformative digital programmes through business change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support Finance strategy development, operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning.
  • Manage Finance system developments and implementations, including vendor and Systems Integrator oversight.
  • Optimise Finance processes with digital capabilities (e.g.: Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365) and AI technologies.

  • Support change management, employee engagement, training, and benefits realisation.

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
