Job summary

Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) seeks a Change Manager to drive adoption of new ways of working within the Finance2030 transformation programme. You will prepare colleagues for change, support readiness activities and deliver engaging communications across project teams and senior leadership.

You will develop change management products, run workshops, assess impacts and help embed sustainable benefits realisation across the Defra group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
• Ability to assess impacts, plan readiness, and develop messaging.
• Collaborative mindset working with project teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of business change across the Finance2030 programme.
• Develop change management plans, impact assessments and readiness analyses.
• Create presentations, briefing materials and key messages for adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and resistance to change.
