Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a Graduate Analyst in Finance Transformation. You will work on large-scale technology and operating model transformations, from design through to implementation, in a hybrid work environment combining office and home working.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline, graduates to be available by September 2027 for Autumn 2027 intake.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale technology and operating model transformations from design through to implementation.
• Lead interactive workshops and labs to diagnose client problems.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements for finance transformation projects.
• Support design and implementation of finance solutions across finance functions.
• Create documentation and deliverables for programme execution and client presentations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and Deloitte's approaches to problem-solving.
