Job summary

Deloitte invites university students in their penultimate year to join a 12‑month Finance Transformation early careers programme in a hybrid work setup. You will work with CFO-focused teams, tackling real client challenges and learning to apply analytics and contemporary technologies to finance processes.

The role provides exposure to client engagements, collaborative workshops, and hands-on experience across strategy, analytics, and technology implementation in a globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Programme is for university students who are on track for a predicted 2:1 or above in any discipline.
• Must also be in the penultimate year of study.

Responsibilities

• Getting to the bottom of client’s problems through workshops and labs.
• Designing the future state of a finance function.
• Translating client needs into technical requirements with business and IT teams.
• Supporting design and implementation of finance solutions.
• Creating documentation and materials for delivery and client presentations.
• Learning client engagement approaches and Deloitte’s problem-solving toolkit.
• Exploring how technologies underpin business processes and selecting suitable tech.
