Job summary

Nord Anglia Education seeks a Finance Systems Implementation Manager to own end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across multiple schools and regions. You will lead functional and technical delivery, data migration, testing and go-live.

Collaborate with Finance, IT and external partners; manage project plans, risks and stakeholder communications; build scalable BC implementation standards and ensure successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 BC implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent BC projects from impact analysis to go-live.
• Providing hands-on functional and technical BC expertise including SQL-based data migration.
• Owning full project delivery: planning, risk management and stakeholder communication across projects.
• Liaising with dependencies to ensure coordinated outcomes across connected systems.
• Delivering solutions in line with Finance business requirements.
• Creating and delivering methodologies to run BC implementations and improve processes.
• Building relationships with school teams, Regions and Partners and sharing progress with stakeholders.
• Presenting to stakeholders and documenting results and progress.
