A leading insurance provider is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support the Finance team in maintaining and evolving their systems. The successful candidate will work closely with finance end-users and IT teams, assisting in troubleshooting, system management, and Finance transformation projects. Candidates should have experience with SQL/Snowflake and possess strong organizational skills. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience supporting the operation of a finance department.
• Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in troubleshooting end-user issues and queries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Finance department's systems are functional and evolving.
• Provide technical and administrative support to finance users.
• Assist finance team with user acceptance testing (UAT).

Skills

Knowledge of database technologies e.g. SQL/Snowflake

High level of accuracy with the ability to reconcile large volumes of data

Strong communication, listening and influencing skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Self-motivated and enthusiastic with attention to detail
