  • Coordinating the day-to-day finances, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Overseeing all payments (incoming & outgoing).
  • Managing the finance inbox and resolving queries promptly.
  • Chasing overdue payments and maintaining records.
  • Administering payroll and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing purchase orders and issuing invoices.
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Producing financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure VAT, CIS, HMRC, and statutory obligations are met.
