Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is recruiting for a Finance Supervisor to join Southampton Office, part of a fast-growing contractor. You will be part of the commercial finance team reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager and provide high-level service to the business.

The role focuses on supporting the finance manager, processing subcontractor payments, credit control, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations for year-end audits. The ideal candidate has construction industry background and CIS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Preferably background in the construction industry with an understanding of CIS.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
