Job summary

Shell invites graduates to join the Shell Graduate Programme in Finance in London. Through two 18-month rotations, you will gain hands-on experience across accounting & reporting, business partnering, FP&A, controls, risk management, tax and treasury.

You will be supported with a structured development path, learning opportunities and mentorship to build core technical and leadership skills and grow into a future Shell leader.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed UK Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years.
• Must have 2:1 or above in undergraduate degree.
• No strict A-Level/GCSE grade requirements.

Responsibilities

• Two 18-month rotations across key finance competencies (accounting & reporting, planning, controls, risk, tax, treasury).

Through two 18-month rotations, this program offers a structured pathway to accelerate your professional development. You will be supported with a broad range of learning opportunities across key finance competencies, including accounting & reporting, business partnering, financial planning, financial controls, risk management, direct tax, and treasury.

Supported by development opportunities and hands‑on experience, you will build the core technical and leadership skills needed to succeed in your role and grow into a future Shell leader.

Note: While candidates can express interest in multiple business streams, we particularly welcome applications for Finance. Candidates who are most interested in this area are encouraged to select it as their first preference.

Requirements

• You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years
• You must have graduated with or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree – or equivalent grade.
• We value a strong academic record but there are no specific academic requirements for grades at A-Level or GCSE equivalents.
