Exciting Opportunity: Sales Manager - Hinckley, Leicestershire

Are you a driven sales professional with proven leadership skills and a passion for motivating teams? Our client, a busy and fast‑growing used car operation, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their head office team in Hinckley. This is your chance to lead a dedicated group of Business Managers, oversee financial sales processes, and make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Details:
  • Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
  • Salary: Basic £35,000 per annum
  • OTE: Up to £70,000
  • Working Hours: 42.5 hours/week (Monday - Friday 10am-7pm; Saturday 10am-6pm; Sunday 10am-4pm)
  • Benefits: Company car provided
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Business Managers focused on finance and insurance (F&I) sales.
  • Drive F&I performance to meet and surpass targets, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with tailored finance options, closing deals efficiently.
  • Manage finance leads, collaborating closely with sales teams to optimise results.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with finance partners.
  • Provide coaching and ongoing performance management to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with a focus on F&I or financial product sales.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Confident in performance management and motivating others.
  • Highly, proactive, and hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • FCA accreditation or willingness to train for certification.
