Key tasks and responsibilities

• Monthly Stock Reconciliation
• Payment Runs
• Wages Weekly payments
• Month End Payment Runs
• Accruals – Supplier, water & electric
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment transfers between accounts to manage balances
• Daily bank submissions and month end reconciliations
• Petty cash
• Maintenance of accounting system

Qualifications and experience

• AAT qualified, studying towards or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel & reporting capabilities.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems
• Proactive and organised approach with a problem-solving mentality.
