Job summary

A recruitment agency in London is seeking a Business Analyst with a finance background to work on finance transformation projects for a London Market Insurer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business analysis, knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks, and a solid understanding of insurance accounting principles. This position offers up to £700 per day, inside IR35, with hybrid working arrangements.

Experience:

• Awareness of financial regulatory frameworks (UK and/or US) and the practical application of IFRS/Solvency II reporting standards.
• Proven Business Analysis experience within insurance or financial services, ideally London Market or specialty lines.
• Solid understanding of insurance accounting principles, valuations, and exposure to actuarial or tax processes.
• Strong background in process mapping, requirements definition, and business documentation.
